01 / Your destination
Delivery is within India only. For standard shipping, an order subtotal below ₹999 after discounts attracts a ₹79 charge. At ₹999 or above after discounts, standard shipping is free. Shipping fees are excluded from that threshold. Enter a complete address, PIN code and reachable mobile number, then check the final order total before confirming.
02 / Timing
Delivery arrangements depend on the order and destination. Any timing estimate is indicative, with availability and carrier operations able to affect it. If a particular arrival date matters, contact us before purchasing so that the available information can be checked.
03 / Updates
Keep the order reference. Account orders can be reviewed in My account. When carrier tracking is provided, its link gives parcel-progress information. For anything unclear, contact our team with the order details.
04 / Changes and missed deliveries
Tell us promptly about an incorrect address or a delivery problem. An address change depends on the order’s stage of processing or dispatch. We will discuss the options and communicate any applicable redelivery cost before proceeding.
05 / Damaged or incorrect parcels
Retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the item, label and parcel. Contact us with the order number so we can review the situation and explain the next steps. The returns page sets out the support process.
